Original, memorable gifts of art- and a little more poetry in our lives!
Coloring The Wind is a growing community of creative artists – writers, visual artists, photographers, musicians – combining their talents to create new types of art.
The project is coordinated by Alan Miles in the UK, but our contributors come from all over the world. Our community is not restricted to artists; many of our best ideas have already come from our customers and readers. We’re excited by the idea that the web can allow direct contact between artists and their audience, and make publishing an interactive business.
We welcome your feedback and suggestions. Send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why should poetry always need to be hidden in books? Why should paintings always be hung on walls? Do there need to be barriers between different art-forms? And where can technology take us with creative collaboration?
We ask a lot of questions at Coloring The Wind … and sometimes come up with exciting new answers. The publisher hunting talent instead of waiting for it to arrive. Art making a real difference in the real world. Read our Introduction to find out more.
But above all, it’s about producing finely-crafted inspiration that people will love to buy – and receive as original, memorable gifts. We hope you’ll find art that you love here.
